Return Instructions

How to return your order to us:

1. Register your return
   Please contact us beforehand by email (info@daoudatelier.de) or via the withdrawal button on the website, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
   
   

2. Package your item
   Place the item completely, unused, and preferably in its original packaging, into a secure shipping package.
   
   

3. Include the return form
   Please enclose a short note with the following information in the package:
   Name, order number, email address, and reason for return.
   
   

4. Ship the package
   Send the sufficiently franked package to our return address:

   Friedrich Bauer Str. 28
   91058 Erlangen.
   Please keep the shipping receipt until the return process is complete.
   
   

5. Receive your refund
   After receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will refund the purchase amount via the original payment method used.
   
   

Please note: Items must be returned within the applicable return period (14 days after receipt of goods). Items that have already been used, damaged, or are incomplete may be excluded from the refund.
